Asst. Prof. Dr. Luppana Kitrungrote
Dr. Luppana works as a nurse lecturer in the Adult and Elderly Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Prince of Songkla University, (PSU) in Southern Thailand. After graduation of the Doctoral degree, she has taught undergraduate and graduate students about the trauma and critical care nursing. She has supervised the Master and Doctoral students for developing trauma nursing research both in acute and rehabilitation phases.

In addition, she is one of the committees of the Research Center for Prevention and Care for People in Emergency and Trauma, Faculty of Nursing from 2014 to present. She is responsible to develop her research by integrating teaching and learning activities, research, and social service to improve health outcomes of people with trauma. To enhance the competency of nurse preceptors who worked in critical care unit and emergency department, she provided advanced nursing knowledge and skills. As a principle researcher, she has collaborated with health care providers networks to strengthen the emergency care services for older adults living in southern Thailand is developed as a large project. Moreover, she published research articles related to trauma nursing at the national and international level. Her affiliation has been involved as the editorial committee of the Journal of Cardio-Thoracic Nursing in Thailand and the Australian Journal of Emergency Nursing.
